Do you have the following?

• A holistic approach to childcare, where social and emotional learning is a key aspect of early learning education
• The eagerness to learn more about emotional regulation in children and positive child guidance strategies, including mindfulness practices
• The ability to plan activities that align with the curriculum, that also bring out each individual child's interests and needs
• Early Childhood Education Levels 1-3 Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Passion and enthusiasm for working with children
