ABOUT US
“The best teachers are those who show you where to look, but don’t tell you what to see.”
— Alexandra K. Trenfor
Bright Days Early Childhood Educators are selected based on their qualifications and experience in childhood development and education to ensure that the children are in the best hands possible. We are very careful in our selection to ensure that the Educators are not only qualified to effectively implement the curriculum, but that they are energetic, caring, positive people who truly love children. All Educators will have a minimum of Level 1 Early Childhood Education certification. Our goals in hiring is to find qualified Educators who's philosophies and ideologies align with Bright Days.
All of our Educators have infant/child CPR and First Aid training, and are equipped to respond to any emergency situation, should it arise. Our Educators also have their Alberta Health Services Food Safety Certification, to ensure that the nutritious food that we provide is prepared, stored, and served under sanitary conditions.
Criminal record checks, including vulnerable sector searches, are completed on all Early Childhood Educators prior to employment, and are updated every three years.
